Welcome to a New Chapter of Wellness Through Yoga

I'm passionate about introducing yoga to people—especially those 50 and over—who are ready to embrace movement, mindfulness, and vitality at any age.

Aging is a natural part of life, and while our bodies evolve, we don’t have to lose our sense of strength, flexibility, or balance. My goal is to help you age gracefully—with energy, confidence, and a long health span (not just a lifespan).

Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice that supports your body and mind as you age. It enhances mobility, builds strength, improves balance, and eases stress—all while creating a sense of inner calm.

Backed by science and supported by centuries of wisdom, yoga offers proven benefits for your overall health and well-being.

My classes are welcoming, supportive, and designed with your needs in mind. Whether you are brand new or returning to the mat, you'll find a safe, friendly space to explore movement at your own pace.

Your yoga practice is just that.  Your practice.  If there are “issues in any of your tissues”, you are welcome to skip poses or follow my modifications. I have been teaching yoga at the local senior center and my students are 50+ years old.  I even have two students who are 90 years old!  Movement is medicine.
