That’s where yoga comes in. Yoga helps keep the body moving smoothly, the muscles strong and flexible, and the mind a lot calmer. It improves balance, supports joint health, boosts mobility, and can even help reduce everyday stress. Plus, you don’t need to be bendy or experienced — yoga meets you exactly where you are. With regular practice, people often feel lighter, stronger, and more at ease in their bodies.

It’s a simple, gentle way to age with a little more comfort, confidence, and joy. And that’s exactly why I teach — as a yoga instructor, I love helping people feel better in their bodies, no matter their age or starting point. If you’re ready to move with more ease and feel more like yourself again, I’m here to guide you.

Just so you know, you don’t have to bend and twist your body into fancy poses.  In yoga, you honor your limitations and do what you can do.  No pressure, no judgement. 

My classes are welcoming, supportive, and designed with your needs in mind. Whether you are brand new or returning to the mat, you'll find a safe, friendly space to explore movement at your own pace.

Your yoga practice is just that.  Your practice.  If there are “issues in any of your tissues”, you are welcome to skip poses or follow my modifications.

The majority of my students are 50+ years old.  Movement is medicine.
